DELEGATE REGISTRATION
Delegates outside the CIS should register via London office.
How to register:
- Step 1: Complete online form or email/fax downloaded delegate registration form.
- Step 2: Upon receiving the invoice please arrange prompt payment by credit card or bank transfer. Confirmation of your registration should follow shortly after payment is received.
- Step 3: Reserve hotel accommodation (please refer to special rate proposal)
- Step 4: In case you do not have Kazakh visa, please apply for TOURIST VISA at the nearest Kazakh Consulate. For information about traveling to Kazakhstan please visit consulate websites:
- Step 5: Arrange airport transfer and tourist services in Almaty (if required)

REGISTRATION FEES:
- Before 1 March 2008: 94 000 tenge, 540 EUR or 780 USD
- After 1 March 2008: 103 000 tenge, 590 EUR or 850 USD
NB: Delegate fee does not include bank transfer and local charges
Registration deadline: 22 March 2008
Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made in writing by email to admin@caic2008.com and/or fax: + 44 (0) 207 520 9342. Cancellation of the conference participation will be subject to 10% administration fee. Cancelations made after 22 March will be subject to 60% fee. Delegate replacements can be made at any time without additional payment. Please note that a 3% bank commission supplement will apply to all credit card payments. AMEX cards are not accepted.
